Job Description
We are looking for a skilled legal professional to join our legal department, Belgium’s electricity transmission system operator.
- The role primarily focuses on legal matters related to energy law and offers a dynamic environment involving national and international collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing model contracts, terms and conditions, and legal frameworks for support services and other operational agreements.
- Representing us in regional and European energy partnerships, including interactions with energy exchanges and regional coordination centres.
- Providing legal support in regulatory discussions and policy-shaping efforts, including contributions to working groups and task forces.
- Drafting legal texts of a regulatory nature and cooperation agreements for joint projects involving regulated international entities.
- Supporting lobbying activities and strategic initiatives relevant to energy law and market design.
Profile & Skills
