Job Description

  • As a Life Business Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Defining and formalizing requirements related to individual life insurance policy migration.
  • Identifying process impacts and assessing how the migration of policies affects various business areas.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders from IT, Operations, and Distribution to ensure alignment of business needs and IT solutions.
  • Testing tasks, including preparing and executing process and calculation tests.
  • Providing regular progress updates to key stakeholders.
  • Maintaining effective communication across teams and ensuring that objectives are met.
  • This role demands a proactive, solution-oriented approach, with a focus on project goals, high-quality deliverables, and effective stakeholder management.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Expertise in 2nd pillar group and individual life insurance products and processes.
  • Proven experience in business analysis within the life insurance sector.
  • University degree in mathematics or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with standard business/process analysis methodologies.
  • Fluency in French and English is essential. Dutch is a plus.
  • Strong experience in portfolio migration projects, working with various business units (IT, Operations, and Distribution).
  • Experience with testing (process and calculation testing) and progress reporting.
