Life Business Analyst
Job Description
- As a Life Business Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
- Defining and formalizing requirements related to individual life insurance policy migration.
- Identifying process impacts and assessing how the migration of policies affects various business areas.
- Collaborating with stakeholders from IT, Operations, and Distribution to ensure alignment of business needs and IT solutions.
- Testing tasks, including preparing and executing process and calculation tests.
- Providing regular progress updates to key stakeholders.
- Maintaining effective communication across teams and ensuring that objectives are met.
- This role demands a proactive, solution-oriented approach, with a focus on project goals, high-quality deliverables, and effective stakeholder management.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Expertise in 2nd pillar group and individual life insurance products and processes.
- Proven experience in business analysis within the life insurance sector.
- University degree in mathematics or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with standard business/process analysis methodologies.
- Fluency in French and English is essential. Dutch is a plus.
- Strong experience in portfolio migration projects, working with various business units (IT, Operations, and Distribution).
- Experience with testing (process and calculation testing) and progress reporting.
