Job Description
We are currently rolling out M365 Copilot and is looking for a party to assist with increasing the knowledge on prompting within the M365 Copilot ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- M365 Copilot Implementation: Lead the planning, deployment, and implementation of Microsoft 365 Copilot across the organization, ensuring smooth integration with existing tools and systems.
- User Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and support to end-users on how to effectively use Microsoft 365 Copilot for improved productivity, automation, and collaboration.
- Customization and Optimization: Customize and optimize M365 Copilot features to meet business-specific needs and improve user experience. Work with business stakeholders to configure Copilot for enhanced workflows.
- System Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Microsoft 365 Copilot with other Microsoft tools such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook, ensuring seamless collaboration and data flow.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process automation and optimization using M365 Copilot’s AI-driven capabilities, improving business efficiency and performance.
- Monitor and Troubleshoot: Regularly monitor system performance and user feedback, troubleshooting any issues with M365 Copilot functionality, and ensuring optimal system performance.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain user guides, troubleshooting documents, and FAQs to help users get the most out of M365 Copilot. Share knowledge and best practices with internal teams to drive adoption.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: At least 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) and related technologies.
