Job Description
We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development and optimization of AI applications, from conception to implementation and deployment.
- The ideal candidate will work on Semantic Search, Fine-Tuning Large Language Models (LLMs), setting up RAG applications, and ensuring the continuous improvement of AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire AI application lifecycle, from initial design to implementation and release.
- Implement Semantic Search and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) to optimize performance.
- Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications and set up efficient data pipelines.
- Continuously evaluate, refine, and enhance LLMs and AI technologies for improved outcomes.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of AI models through unit and integration testing.
- Participate in workshops and coaching sessions to enhance AI expertise and team collaboration.
- Contribute to the improvement of the developer experience, optimizing workflows and increasing productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in machine learning and hands-on experience in software development.
- Python and web frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
