Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Mainframe Developer with a strong background in IBM Mainframe technologies.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in development, analysis, testing, and estimation, along with a deep understanding of mainframe modernization and migration processes.
- Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills in English are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Assembler, COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, and TSO/ISPF
- Analyze business requirements and provide effective technical solutions
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of mainframe applications
- Estimate effort and time required for development tasks
- Participate in application migration and modernization initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Document technical specifications and provide support for deployed applications
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in IBM Mainframe technologies
- COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, Assembler, and TSO/ISPF
