Job Description
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support and optimize production processes by leveraging expertise in electrical and mechanical systems.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with R&D, Engineering, and Product Management to enhance manufacturing efficiency, troubleshoot production challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a technical expert in the production environment, providing specialized know-how across various interface areas.
- Interpret and analyze electrical diagrams, wiring documentation, and mechanical components to support manufacturing operations.
- Evaluate product specifications and collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and Product Management to clarify production requirements.
- Assess and propose product modifications to enhance production efficiency and contribute to re-engineering efforts.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes.
Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills

- CAD programs for design and manufacturing analysis.
