We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and drive continuous improvement across production workflows and component optimization.
- You will play a key role in the industrialization of new products, evaluate innovative manufacturing technologies, and ensure alignment with aviation industry standards.
- The ideal candidate will support technical coordination with suppliers, provide training to production staff, and actively contribute to quality control through the analysis of Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) and Design Change Proposals (DCPs).
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize production components, workflows, and processes for efficiency and quality.
- Support the industrialization and launch of new products, exploring and integrating new manufacturing technologies.
- Provide training to production personnel and document key operational metrics.
- Coordinate technically with suppliers and attend collaboration and review meetings.
- Analyze production issues and implement solutions in accordance with aviation regulations.
- Evaluate, validate, and optimize components with respect to Design for Manufacturing (DFM), cost-efficiency, and quality.
- Create and maintain 2D and 3D design documentation in compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, or a related field; or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing, development, or engineering, ideally within the aviation industry.
- Solid understanding of construction and certification regulations; experience with engineering manuals and standards.
