We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Mechanical Design Engineer to conceptualize, design, and develop mechanical components and systems across a range of engineering projects.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D models, detailed drawings, and technical documentation while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, product development, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design mechanical parts, assemblies, and systems using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD).
- Create and manage technical drawings, BOMs, and documentation in compliance with industry standards.
- Perform tolerance analysis, design calculations, and ensure manufacturability of components.
- Work collaboratively with engineering and production teams to meet functional and project requirements.
- Participate in prototype development, testing, and iteration to refine product designs.
- Address design-related challenges and propose practical engineering solutions.
- Ensure designs comply with safety standards, cost targets, and performance criteria.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and design optimizations.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3D CAD tools (such as SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor, or CATIA).
