As an architect, you will attend the weekly site meeting and you will monitor the efficient implementation of the various disciplines present in this project (engineering firms, landscape architect, contractor, ETT, archaeologist, safety coordinator, etc.). You report to the Real Estate Hub and to the project leader.
Responsibility
- You participate in the site meeting every week.
- You analyze the proposed settlements and advise the project leader on approving or rejecting the settlements. We expect a critical attitude towards the proposals here.
- He checks all the progress reports of the various disciplines present on site (engineering offices, ETT, safety coordinator, the contractor, etc.).
- You will monitor the progress of the works and carry out on-site visits.
- You monitor the correct execution of the work on the basis of the specifications.
- You check the quality of the work performed.
- You also carry out the necessary administrative matters.
