As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant at Sycor, you will be responsible for advising customers and aligning their business requirements with tailored solutions in Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 (D365).
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and map customer business processes into Dynamics AX / D365.
- Configure and customize D365 modules to meet client requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in one or more areas: Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Customer Engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality implementations and ongoing support.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to end users and client stakeholders.
