Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing Dynamics 365 Commerce solutions and a deep understanding of eCommerce business processes.
- This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, design and configure solutions, and ensure successful deployment and support of Dynamics 365 Commerce modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Analyze eCommerce business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and configure Dynamics 365 Commerce modules to meet business requirements. Perform data mapping and migration activities. Configure eCommerce integrations with external systems.
- Participate in all phases of testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Support the go-live process and provide post-implementation support.
- Contribute to project planning and execution. Track progress against project milestones and deadlines. Identify and mitigate project risks. Present project status updates and address concerns.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce implementation projects.
