We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled Monitoring Engineer to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our organization’s infrastructure.
You will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining monitoring systems across various IT platforms and services to provide proactive insights into system health, availability, and performance.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot issues, ensuring continuous uptime and minimal disruption to business operations. Key Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and manage monitoring systems (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus, Datadog) to oversee servers, databases, networks, applications, and other IT resources.
Respond promptly to alerts and notifications of system failures or performance degradation.
Define, tune, and optimize alerts to prevent alert fatigue and ensure meaningful and actionable alerts.
Assist in forecasting resource requirements and monitoring trends to ensure capacity planning aligns with business needs.
