Job Description
As a NOC Engineer, your primary focus will be on preventing incidents by proactively managing and optimizing network performance.
- You will play a key role in identifying potential issues, implementing improvements, and driving changes that enhance the efficiency and reliability of our network infrastructure.
- You will collaborate closely with 2nd and 3rd line engineers to handle incidents and major disruptions, while also offering your expertise to various departments requiring connectivity knowledge.

Responsibilities
- Focus on preventing network incidents by monitoring systems and proactively identifying areas for improvement.
- Propose, implement, and optimize changes to enhance network connectivity and performance.
- Continuously improve and refine existing processes to minimize future disruptions.
- Work alongside 2nd and 3rd line engineers to resolve incidents and major disruptions effectively.
- Assist and collaborate with colleagues from different departments, offering your expertise in network connectivity.
- Support on-site engineers remotely by monitoring network systems, assessing connectivity components, and ensuring optimal quality.
- Contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing, working with colleagues to brainstorm and find innovative solutions to network challenges.

Qualifications
- Relevant experience in network operations, NOC, or related technical roles.
