Job Description
Are you passionate about Microsoft technologies and eager to help businesses maximize their Office 365 and SharePoint Online solutions? We are looking for an Office 365 Consultant to play a key role in analyzing customer needs, implementing tailored solutions, and optimizing Microsoft environments. You will work closely with clients, facilitate technical workshops, and deploy innovative solutions that enhance collaboration and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technology assessments and propose areas for improvement in Office 365 environments.
- Perform audits of existing systems and analyze customer needs to deliver tailored solutions.
- Lead technical workshops to define specifications and best practices.
- Develop and deploy solutions using Microsoft technologies
- Create technical documentation including engineering, integration, and acceptance testing reports.
- Ensure smooth deployment and configuration of Microsoft solutions in customer environments.
- Perform functional and technical testing to validate solutions before deployment.
- Stay up to date with emerging Microsoft technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BAC+4/5) in Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in SharePoint Online and Power Platform implementations.
- SharePoint (2003-2019 & Online), Office 365, and Microsoft Teams.
- Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Microsoft certifications
