Job Description
Nature of the main tasks:
- Plan, design and implement an overall risk management process for the Digital Solutions Division
- Support project teams in identifying, analysing and assessing risks affecting their projects or operational activities
- Establish and quantify the organisation's 'risk appetite'
- Report risks in appropriate ways depending on the audience
- Follow-up on open risks until their mitigation or closure, supporting the decision- making process of finding and implementing a solution or mitigation plan
- Provide support, education and training to project and technical teams on risk awareness within the Division
Knowledge and competences:
- Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing
- Capacity of leading and inspire teams
- Knowledge of EU institutions and decision-making processes would be an asset
- Capacity to work and communicate in a multilingual international diplomatic environment
- Teamwork and capacity to coordinate with other teams and multiple stakeholders
