Job Description

Nature of the main tasks:

  • Plan, design and implement an overall risk management process for the Digital Solutions Division
  • Support project teams in identifying, analysing and assessing risks affecting their projects or operational activities
  • Establish and quantify the organisation's 'risk appetite'
  • Report risks in appropriate ways depending on the audience
  • Follow-up on open risks until their mitigation or closure, supporting the decision- making process of finding and implementing a solution or mitigation plan
  • Provide support, education and training to project and technical teams on risk awareness within the Division

Knowledge and competences:

  • Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing
  • Capacity of leading and inspire teams
  • Knowledge of EU institutions and decision-making processes would be an asset
  • Capacity to work and communicate in a multilingual international diplomatic environment
  • Teamwork and capacity to coordinate with other teams and multiple stakeholders

Methodology:

Project Management: PM² and PM² Agile

  • Agile Software development: Kanban & Scrum

Technical certification(s):

  • Dependent on the profiles of the technical team
