Are you ready to take on the role of Process Consultant
As a Process Consultant, you will:
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices for service management processes.
- Contribute to the definition of a comprehensive process strategy and objectives, ensuring alignment across all services.
- Organize advisory and tactical boards involving process stakeholders.
- Oversee the management and continuous optimization of a centralized and integrated toolset solution.
- Ensure process owners and controllers are in place with clearly defined roles and responsibilities.
- Establish and track relevant KPIs to measure process effectiveness.
- Maintain process documentation within the knowledge management system.
- Organize process reviews to continuously improve and drive the effectiveness of all processes.
Qualifications
To be a strong fit for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Education: University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in process consulting or related areas.
Skills and Knowledge
- In-depth understanding of IT service management best practices and standards (e.g., ITIL, IT4IT).
- Experience in process delivery in a multi-tower and multi-site environment.
- Competence in using a variety of planning methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and statistics.
- Experience in forecasting and scheduling.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Certifications
Minimum one technical certification from the following list:
- ITIL4 Managing Professional
- ITILv3 Intermediate / Expert / MACL
- IT4IT certification
- UML, BPMN 2.0 (Business Modelling)
- OMG Certified Expert in BPM (OCEB)
Additional Requirements
- EU Citizen
- Security Clearance: Must hold a valid EU Security Clearance.
- On-site Work: Minimum of 3 days per week on-site in Brussels, Belgium
