Job Description

We are seeking a Process Improvement Engineer to drive the development, qualification, and optimization of manufacturing processes.

  • You will play a key role in ensuring process efficiency, quality, and stability while supporting technology transfers and new technology development.
  • Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturability, yield, and performance, while also ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and qualify technical manufacturing solutions for new technologies or technology transfers.
  • Ensure integrity, functionality, and manufacturability of process stacks.
  • Monitor and enhance manufacturing process sequences to ensure efficiency, quality, and competitiveness.
  • Maintain process stability within defined specifications (Process Window, Stack Tolerance).
  • Define and optimize production equipment and chemical processes while considering budget, environmental, and strategic constraints.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including critical parameters, Process Flow, Control Plans, and FMEA.
  • Standardize processes across internal technologies and global sites.
  • Drive continuous yield, performance, and manufacturability improvements.
  • Support the Quality team in managing process excursions, customer returns, and corrective action plans (8D, MRB).
  • Provide technical support to Customer Service (CS) and Product teams.
  • Participate in technological projects and process/technology transfers.
  • Conduct technological monitoring to identify new improvement opportunities.
