We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of innovative payment and financial services solutions.
- In this role, you will support the sales team throughout the entire sales cycle, define and execute go-to-market strategies, and act as the key liaison between business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team to evaluate business models, assess regulatory frameworks, and support commercial and technical proposal development.
- Define go-to-market strategies including positioning, pricing, launch plans, and creation of sales enablement materials.
- Engage directly with partners and clients to understand business needs and translate them into product requirements that deliver tangible value.
- Serve as the Product Owner, coordinating across teams to bring new services to market and ensure timely delivery.
- Translate business needs into detailed product specifications, managing product roadmaps, timelines, and documentation.
- Ensure all product developments meet regulatory requirements and industry standards, especially within the payments and financial sectors.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in a fast-paced startup environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software or product development, preferably within fintech, payments, or the credit card industry.
