Job Description

We are working on a major digital change process. One of the current programs is Business Systems where we will implement SAP (S/4 Hana, Successfactors, Field Service Management) together with an implementation partner for Finance, Procurement, HR, Sales, Project Management, Waste & Logistics and Operations. On the one hand, part of the existing AS400 environment will be phased out, on the other hand, new functionalities will also be offered to our employees. The program is currently already in the test phase of acceptance tests and training.

Job responsibilities
  • Responsible for implementing the SAP solution on the side in support of our external partner
  • Product ownership on the side of the SAP solution for Business orders and sales
  • Supervising the tests and drawing up the test scenarios
  • Provide analytical support to the product team in the functional development of the to-be solution,
  • Close cooperation with our implementation partner for the E2E implementation of the SAP solution
  • Close collaboration with all key actors of the programme

  • Investigating and managing content dependencies,
  • between legacy & target solution,
  • multiple functional domains,
  • Independently carrying out activities and then communicating results clearly to the entire Product Team and the mgmt program

  • Close collaboration with the Business for the various facets of the project (capture requirements – testing – …).
  • Hybrid working – 3D at the office (HQ) and 2 days of working from home possible
Experience/skills
  • +5 of relevant experience as a product owner (in engineering / utilities / sales / equivalent) in (hybrid-) Agile, functionally complex, realizations,
  • +2 of relevant test experience,
  • Dutch,
  • Team player with drive to deliver results,
  • Independence, proactivity and flexibility are a must
  • Strong analytical mindset and able to work out abstract thought processes.
  • Transparent communication skills incl. experience in using supporting tools (MS Office, TFS/JIRA/DevOps/…).
  • Plus – experience with SAP
