Job Description
Our client is running an initiative to reduce Time To Market whilst focused on Quality (TTMQ). This initiative covers all aspects of a Continuous Delivery Pipeline, both up & downstream of our Portfolio Kanban. Within this initiative the focus is to enable downstream Continuous Integration & Deployment practices. This is from both a technical and standards/process perspective.
- The candidate must use proactive initiative and motivation. They will along with the core team, onboard, & then operationalize the squads & chapters to CI/CD pipelines. They will firstly assess the current versus desired state; and secondly onboard & operationalize the squads & chapters towards the desired state.
- The Program Manager drives the vision and the underlying roadmap and supports the implementation decisions for the Sponsor in collaboration with the Enabler Leads.
- The Program Manager works closely with the Epic owners, Agile coaches and Product Owners to ensure squads & chapters become proficient at working with CI/CD pipelines, within defined standards
- Builds the CI-CD onboarding plan & approach aligned with the stakeholders focused on Quick wins, foundations for long term implementations & KPI measures
- Will report on the technical delivery of your initiative during Quarterly Business Reviews, in compliance with the defined Objective key results.
Key Responsibilities
- Unite cross-functional teams behind a common vision, taking into account the unique perspective of each stakeholder.
- Build one common delivery roadmap, taking into account all dependencies, and oversee its implementation.
- Manage program budget and be accountable for delivering against established business objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and overcome program risks.
- Setup, track and clearly report program status (in terms of project delivery, budget, risks and issues, etc.).
- Manage key stakeholder at all levels of the organization, act as their trusted partner throughout the program lifecycle, from vision and strategy definition to actual implementation.
- Program Management: Ensure Program is completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Governance: apply rigorously group governance and associated reporting needs
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve program goals and objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and vendors, to ensure successful program delivery.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with program execution.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on program performance, using metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure program success, including managing budgets and personnel.

- Strong skills in Agile delivery implementation methodology and delivery practices leveraging DevOps automation and engineering using CI/CD tools, code repositories and issue tracking and management will be an asset
- Experience in delivering full SDLC lifecycle projects in a Consulting or Systems Integration (SI) model is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Accountability, reliability, strong can do attitude
- Setup and regular reporting (KPIs/metrics) on the progress of the initiative
- Former Proximus experience in the Program Manager role
- Experience in driving change
Languages
- Professional working proficiency & fluency in English is required.
- Fluency in French and/or Dutch is a strong asset.
