Job Description
- As a Senior CoP, you will be responsible for the complete lifecycle management of cross-functional IT projects for our various clients within the MFWB. You are comfortable defining the structure and development of projects (fine-tuning of the client’s request, impact analysis, approach plan (scenarios, timings, budget, …) and you are familiar with the Prince2 project management methodology.
- You will manage and monitor the implementation of projects in accordance with the schedule, budget and quality required.
- You will stimulate, coordinate, motivate and support the employees involved in the project and you may also be required to manage programs based on the MSP methodology.
- Customer contacts are also very important in this function (negotiation, communication, etc.). You are used to negotiating with high-level managers (management) at the client and in your own organization.
- You want to join a dynamic team and contribute to the realization of innovative and important projects for society. You have significant professional experience in IT project management (ideally based on Prince2). You have worked in an Agile environment and are familiar with IT processes both at the development and infrastructure levels. Your excellent communication skills as well as your negotiation skills and coaching skills are your main assets. Methodical, organized, you are able to determine priorities and coordinate the different parties involved in a project.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience with the entities of the Wallonia-Brussels is a plus.
