Job Description
- You work in the Sales Solutions department and report to the Manager Drive Sales Solutions. The main mission of the department is to guarantee commercial revenues by offering reliable IT sales solutions.
- You will join the Drive team, with its 25 specialists, who work in an ‘agile’ way. This way of working allows you to find yourself in a dynamic environment where there is a lot of room for entrepreneurship.
Your role:
- Initiate a large-scale project aimed at replacing our validators with a single validation solution (Mobib, EMV, QR Code, ABT, etc.), including the necessary hardware and software modifications as well as their integration into the application landscape;
- Initiate and manage the public contract that will have to be launched, including the administrative steps, the passage through the governance bodies, the preparation of the specifications, the selection of suppliers, the financial negotiation and the preparation of the contracts, in conjunction with the main stakeholders and the management of the various departments concerned and the suppliers involved;
- Initiate projects and Work packages and define with the teams the solutions to be implemented (functional and non-functional scope, architectural and technical, budget, planning);
- Ensure the coherence of these projects with other ongoing projects;
- Coordinate with key internal and external suppliers;
- Coordinate the implementation of the solution, define the deployment strategy in the field with the various operational business units (Customer, Tram, Metro, Bus, in particular) and ensure the coordination of the teams in the field;
- Ensure the preparation of the RUN at the end of the project, in conjunction with the Service Manager;
- Prepare any change requests and calls for tenders to obtain the components of the defined solutions;
- Coordinate and supervise the execution, testing and training phases, change management;
- Coordinate project activities in collaboration with the business, other IT departments, external suppliers;
- Carry out risk analysis, identify service providers, interlocutors and experts, define and set up the project organization, including the project team and be the driving force behind it;
- Ensure decision-making, communication and reporting with stakeholders directly or indirectly concerned by the project;
- Ensure regular synchronization with the project sponsor;
- Manage the project budget with the Director of the Sales Solutions department and budget control;
- Promote the implementation of the Agile approach in projects related to the department’s employees and within IT.
