Proxy Product Owner (SNS01770)
Job Description
We are currently engaged in a major Salesforce PSS Grant Making implementation project. The main goal of this project is to streamline and optimize the grant process, using Salesforce tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of grant management.
- A first implementation in production concerns the management of 2 funding programs and a web portal for applicants.
Responsibilities
- Work in parallel with the PO
- Work on operational tasks in collaboration with the Scrum Master.
- Help the PO feed the backlog.
- Plans the execution of features with the development team.
- Participates in SAT tests if necessary.
- Creates and formats the product roadmap.
- Track progress
- Monitors the progress of the project and updates with the development team and the PO.
- Support and change management
- Support the PO in supporting users and onboarding them in the CRM for the funding programs to be included.
- Identifies and clarifies the functional gaps of the CRM in relation to the needs of users.
- Development Team Maturity
- Helps the development team to increase in maturity with the support of the scrum master.
- Identifies a training/coaching trajectory for the development team to take charge of developments of greater complexity.
- Helps to identify the ability to do internally (insourcing) with regard to the ability to do externally (outsourcing).
