Job Description

We are looking for a QA Manager to drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage quality processes, and ensure compliance with international standards.

  • This role involves solving major quality issues, supervising quality teams, and acting as the Quality Management Representative during external audits.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead continuous improvement activities to enhance production quality.
  • Identify and resolve critical quality issues reported by customers.
  • Develop, implement, and manage quality procedures, policies, and work instructions.
  • Interpret international quality standards and translate them into operational guidelines.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and best practices.
  • Serve as the Quality Management Representative during external audits.
  • Supervise Quality Coordinators in conducting audits and using quality tools effectively.
  • Lead quality conferences with international clients and suppliers.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations in fluent English.
  • Actively participate in meetings and discussions in English with cross-functional teams.
