As a QA Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that the products and services meet the highest quality standards before reaching the customer.
You will work closely with development and product teams to identify issues and discrepancies, ensuring that the final product functions properly, is reliable, and is user-friendly. Responsibilities:
Design and develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications.
Conduct both manual and automated tests on software, hardware, or processes to ensure the product meets quality standards.
Identify, document, and track defects and discrepancies, providing detailed reports to developers and other stakeholders.
Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to understand requirements and offer feedback.
