We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and execution of test strategies that ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both manual and automated testing, along with a passion for mentoring and driving best practices in QA processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases across multiple testing levels (functional, system, integration, regression, performance).
- Perform manual and automated tests to identify and document software defects.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve bugs, ensuring fixes meet defined quality standards.
- Develop, maintain, and improve automated testing frameworks and scripts using tools such as Selenium, Jenkins, or similar.
- Advocate for QA best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
