We are seeking a Risk Manager to join our team and support the continuous monitoring and evaluation of the Bank’s risk profile.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking loan portfolio performance, conducting risk assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to key risk-related processes and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze key indicators of the Bank’s loan portfolio including approvals, collections, credit quality, and defaults. Present findings to internal committees.
- Risk Assessment: Assist in evaluating risks and expected credit loss for investments while ensuring covenant compliance.
- Risk Appetite Framework: Produce reports that assess portfolio performance against defined risk indicators and risk appetite thresholds.
- New Product Approval: Contribute to the risk evaluation process during new product development.
- Regulatory Compliance: Support the preparation of regulatory documents including ICAAP, ILAAP, and the Recovery Plan. Participate in balance sheet stress testing.
