Job Description
We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to provide technical support, manage CRM operations, and ensure data integrity within Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce administration, user management, and data maintenance, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to all Salesforce CRM users, managing support tickets based on priority.
- Ensure data accuracy and cleanliness within the Salesforce platform.
- Perform basic Salesforce administration, including data maintenance, dashboard creation, reporting, field management, and page layout configurations.
- Manage Salesforce user roles, profiles, permission sets, and other administrative functions.
- Conduct user training sessions to ensure adoption and efficiency in CRM usage.
- Required Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce administration with at least 2 years of experience.
- Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Familiarity with integration protocols such as SOAP, REST, and Bulk API.
- Experience in asynchronous development (Batch, Queueable, Futures).
- Understanding of common data formats like XML and JSON.
- Proficiency in Salesforce tools such as Data Loader, Visual Studio Code, and Salesforce Developer Console.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field
- Proven experience in Salesforce CRM administration and development.

- Strong teamwork skills and a structured approach to work.
