Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Cloud Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce cloud solutions.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to drive digital transformation, ensuring that Salesforce solutions align with business objectives and deliver maximum value.
- You will be responsible for architecting and delivering complex Salesforce implementations, leading migration projects, and mentoring junior consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and deployment of Salesforce cloud solutions tailored to business needs.
- Architect and deliver complex Salesforce environments, ensuring technical excellence and scalability.
- Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud to optimize workflows and business processes.
- Drive the migration of legacy applications and CRM systems to Salesforce Cloud.
- Develop and execute migration strategies such as data migration, re-platforming, and re-architecting existing applications for Salesforce.
- Ensure seamless integration with third-party applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Lead and mentor junior Salesforce consultants, setting technical direction and best practices.
- Provide expert guidance on Salesforce development, configuration, and automation.
- Work with business stakeholders to assess requirements and recommend Salesforce solutions.
- Develop cloud adoption roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Salesforce capabilities.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Cloud solutions
- Salesforce architecture, automation (Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components), and CI/CD pipelines.
