Salesforce Functional Consultant
Job Description
The Salesforce Functional Consultant will be responsible for driving the functional and technical vision of the Salesforce product in alignment with the Product Manager. This role encompasses leadership, analysis, and design expertise across Salesforce applications and integrations, ensuring that business requirements are met effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of business objectives, strategies, and requirements, specifically within the Salesforce environment, to align the product with key business processes.
- Lead the design of functional Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are aligned with business goals and the overarching strategy.
- Validate that proposed solutions meet business requirements and lead their implementation, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Provide leadership and guidance to Business Analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and alignment with business needs.
- Assist the Project Manager with prioritization, cost management, stakeholder alignment, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
Technical skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and related platforms, with a strong understanding of Salesforce modules and best practices.
- Expertise in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Conflict management capabilities, resolving challenges efficiently.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage planning and execution in a fast-paced environment.
