We are seeking a proactive and skilled Salesforce Functional Consultant to support and lead Salesforce-related projects across agile and waterfall environments.
- This role acts as a vital bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
- You will play a key role in enabling digital transformation and business process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business product owners to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements in both agile and waterfall Salesforce projects.
- Provide expert consulting and advisory services to align Salesforce solutions with business processes and goals.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for Salesforce development teams.
- Coordinate and contribute to the delivery of enhancements and project deliverables, either independently or as part of a project team.
- Manage and resolve 2nd-level application incidents and support ongoing system maintenance.
- Actively participate in the digitization and automation of business processes, contributing to the company’s digital transformation strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in Salesforce consulting, ideally within an industrial or enterprise environment.
- Strong functional and technical understanding of the Salesforce platform
