Job Description
We are looking for a Salesforce Functional Consultant to design and implement scalable, business-driven Salesforce solutions that align with organizational objectives.
- This role involves translating business requirements into functional designs, collaborating with stakeholders, optimizing processes, and ensuring best practices in Salesforce implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and translate them into functional Salesforce solutions.
- Define and implement best practices for Salesforce development and integration.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align Salesforce solutions with business goals.
- Configure and optimize Salesforce features using declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes, etc.).
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of custom development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce).
- Oversee end-to-end Salesforce solution delivery, ensuring efficiency, security, and compliance.
- Act as a liaison between business users, developers, and Salesforce administrators, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Present functional designs and roadmaps to key stakeholders in a business-friendly manner.
- Provide guidance on Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and optimization opportunities.
- Oversee Salesforce integration with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica).
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and synchronization across integrated systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to manage data migrations, reporting, and analytics within Salesforce.
- Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend enhancements.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and industry trends to drive innovation.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant (Application Architect is a plus).
Functional Expertise
- Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and declarative tools.
- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and industry-specific solutions
- workflow automation, reporting, and analytics within Salesforce.
- Familiarity with Apex, LWC, and APIs

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments
