Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant to lead and support end-to-end CRM transformation initiatives.

  • This role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders, business units, and technical teams to design, deliver, and optimize Salesforce solutions across B2B processes, including sales, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define the scope and complexity of Salesforce-related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Lead project execution using Agile methodologies, including Scrum.
  • Conduct requirements workshops, gather and document functional requirements, and secure stakeholder approval.
  • Analyze and map current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) business processes.
  • Translate requirements into detailed epics and user stories, including Salesforce configuration and design suggestions.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to review test scenarios and results to validate functionality against requirements.
  • Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), triaging bugs and assisting with resolution.
  • Assist Salesforce engineers in root cause analysis of functional issues.
  • Deliver functional documentation and Train-the-Trainer sessions for key users and business stakeholders.
  • Support post-go-live and hyper-care phases, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience working with the Salesforce.com platform, with a strong focus on functional delivery.
  • B2B CRM process optimization
  • implementing KYC and compliance workflows.
  • Salesforce Business Analyst and Sales Cloud certifications.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset
Nice to Have
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Prior consulting experience in the retail or e-commerce industry.

  • Salesforce CRM platform capabilities.
