We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Consultant to design and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions using both configuration and custom development.
- This role involves leading the technical aspects of solution design, providing development expertise in APEX, LWC, and Batch classes, and ensuring high-quality delivery across development cycles.
- The consultant will act as a technical liaison for internal teams and clients, offer mentorship to junior developers, and support presales and offering development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, Scheduled/Batch classes, and declarative tools.
- Review Epics and user stories to identify technical solutions and contribute to Sprint planning and estimations in collaboration with Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Functional Lead.
- Deploy code and configuration changes across development, testing, and production environments.
- Ensure thorough documentation of technical changes, support project quality and risk plans, and track delivery progress.
- Act as the technical lead on Salesforce projects, providing direction to developers and clarifying complex technical matters to stakeholders and clients.
- Guide junior team members in adopting Salesforce development best practices.
- Contribute to pre-sales, offer preparation, and the development of new Salesforce service offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technology field.
- Minimum 3 years of IT experience, including at least 6 months of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Possess at least 2 Salesforce certifications, such as Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, or Technical Architect.
