We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Consultant to join our team. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end Salesforce solutions while ensuring seamless integration with other systems and technologies.

  • As a Salesforce Technical Consultant, you will work closely with clients, functional leads, and development teams to provide expert technical guidance, lead the implementation of Salesforce projects, and deliver innovative solutions that align with business needs.
Responsibilities
  • Salesforce Solutions Development: Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions using a combination of configuration and customization techniques, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Batch classes, and other advanced Salesforce tools.
  • Agile Leadership: Lead the review of Epics and User Stories, propose technical solutions to meet functional requirements, estimate user story efforts, and plan team capacity. Collaborate with Functional Lead, Scrum Master, and Product Owner to define the Sprint scope and ensure best practices.
  • Deployment Management: Manage the seamless deployment of changes from development to testing and production environments while ensuring minimal disruptions.
  • Documentation & Project Management: Maintain clear documentation of all changes made within Salesforce and contribute to tracking project quality, progress, and risk plans.
  • Technical Guidance: Act as the main technical point of contact for internal teams and clients, providing thorough explanations of technical concepts. Offer mentorship to junior team members to ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
  • Sales Support & Offerings: Assist in developing new Salesforce offerings, contribute to sales efforts, and help prepare technical proposals for clients.
Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT, including at least 6 months of hands-on experience in Salesforce project development.
  • Salesforce Certifications: At least two Salesforce certifications, such as Administrator, Developer, Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer, or Technical Architect.
