Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with over 2 years of expertise in managing SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects. The ideal candidate will possess both technical and functional proficiency in one or more modules of the SAP SuccessFactors suite, such as:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on industry best practices, tailoring solutions to meet specific client needs.
- Utilize the Suite Success Methodology to ensure structured and efficient project execution.
- Develop comprehensive documentation of best practices, prepare training materials, and conduct training sessions for clients and team members.
- Participate in project retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Oversee and validate data migration plans, ensuring accuracy during quality assurance (QA) testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with business users to identify needs, assess system gaps, propose solutions, and develop detailed process flows.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in managing SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
