We are seeking a skilled SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) Consultant to help implement, configure, and support SAP HCM modules.
The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their HR needs, provide solutions, and ensure the effective deployment of SAP HCM functionalities across various HR processes. Responsibilities:
Lead and support the implementation and configuration of SAP HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and business processes.
Work directly with clients to gather detailed HR requirements and map them to the SAP HCM system functionalities.
Configure SAP HCM modules (e.g., Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management, Employee Self-Service, Manager Self-Service).
Oversee system testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing) to ensure the system meets business requirements.
