We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale ERP implementation and upgrade projects.
The ideal candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of ERP-related projects. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Manage a cross-functional team of internal and external resources, ensuring smooth communication, collaboration, and effective execution of tasks.
Engage with key stakeholders, including senior management, business units, and external partners, to align project goals and manage expectations.
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in ERP or enterprise system implementations.
Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects.
