Job Description
As an SAP SD Consultant specializing in CCM, you will play a critical role in supporting our client’s SAP solutions across different industries.
- You will work on implementation, configuration, and optimization projects, helping businesses achieve streamlined and efficient sales and distribution processes.
- You will be responsible for analyzing the requirements, translating business processes into functional specifications, and configuring the SAP SD module with a focus on Customer & Channel Management (CCM), working closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Configure and implement SAP SD module, with a focus on CCM (Customer & Channel Management).
- Analyze and gather business requirements to design optimal solutions that meet business needs and SAP standards.
- Provide SAP SD functional expertise to clients, ensuring efficient execution and delivery of projects.
- Lead workshops and deliver training to stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of SAP solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP SD with other SAP modules (MM, FICO, etc.).
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to resolve any system or configuration challenges.
- Participate in quality checks and system tests to ensure seamless implementation and functionality.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), specifically working on Customer & Channel Management (CCM).
- Recent experience in implementing, configuring, or enhancing CCM functionalities in SAP SD.
- Proficient in all aspects of SAP SD, including pricing, order management, billing, delivery, and shipping.
