As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their human resources needs and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions that align with their goals.
You will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of SuccessFactors solutions, including configuration, integration, testing, and user training, while ensuring that the system meets the business requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Act as a subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors, providing strategic guidance to clients on best practices, business process reengineering, and system configuration.
Lead or support the configuration of SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, etc.
Conduct user training sessions and create training materials to ensure effective system adoption.
Lead testing efforts, ensuring thorough unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify the solution’s functionality.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure that project milestones, deadlines, and budgets are met. Technical Skills:
