We are looking for a motivated and collaborative Scrum Master to support one or more technical teams in delivering high-quality digital products.
- In this role, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, promote Agile values, and assist teams in identifying and overcoming impediments.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum events, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Help teams remain focused, organized, and aligned with sprint goals.
- Support Product Owners in prioritizing and refining the product backlog.
- Promote Agile values and foster a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Guide teams through Agile practices and support their maturity development.
- Identify areas for process optimization and drive small, effective improvements.
