Responsibility
- You are responsible for the implementation of the scrum method.
- You supervise multiple teams in the workplace and ensure that they achieve their goals and get the best out of themselves.
- You coordinate and develop the agile mindset within the team.
- You create an environment in which independence and initiative are encouraged.
- You form the link between product owners, project managers and scrum teams and keep an eye on all interests.
Your profile
- You have at least 3 years of demonstrable experience with scrum and agile working.
- You have a strong affinity with technology and innovation.
- You are proactive, assertive and have an agile mindset.
- You have keen observation skills and always keep an overview.
- You are an excellent communicator and are good listeners and can ask questions.
- You are motivated and know how to inspire others and take them along in your enthusiasm.
- You have strong leadership qualities and are a strong team player at the same time.
- You have a command of Dutch and English, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of French is a plus.
