System Administrator – Junior
- Minimum of three years of system administration experience with 2nd or 3rd level of support
- MCSA or equivalent certification
- Knowledge of Linux
System Administrator – Senior
- Minimum of five years of system administration experience with 2nd or 3rd level of support
- MCSE or equivalent certification
- MCP for one architect exam (for example, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint)
- Knowledge of Linux
Technical Knowledge and Experience Required for Both Profiles
Both F1 and F2 profiles are expected to have knowledge and hands-on experience in a range of technologies, including:
Middleware & Application Servers: jBoss EAP
Microsoft Technologies: Windows Domain (Active Directory), Exchange Server, IIS, RDS, System Center Operations Manager (SCOM)
Linux & Container Orchestration: Red Hat Linux, Kubernetes, Ansible, Rancher
Version Control & CI/CD: GitLab Server (GitLab Enterprise), SonarQube
Web & Database Management: WordPress, MySQL, MongoDB & Mongo BI, Minio Object Storage, Oracle Database
Monitoring & Observability: Prometheus / Grafana, OpenNMS, Nagios
Storage & Backup: Longhorn, VEEAM
Security & Networking: Firewall Management, IDS Management, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Management, VPN Solutions, Antivirus Management
