Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to lead the analysis and design of business solutions, ensuring alignment between business needs and technology capabilities.
- As a key member of the product or project team, you will collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to define business requirements, streamline processes, and support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements (functional and non-functional).
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, wireframes, and use cases.
- Perform gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure quality of delivered solutions.
