Job Description
we are looking for is a senior IT analyst (data, business, (non-)functional) with a good knowledge of ux/ui design who could possibly also take on the role of Product Owner. A good knowledge of the asylum procedure, including all administrative procedures related to the processing of asylum applications and the appeal procedure, is essential (mandatory).
Tasks
- As a functional and business or IT analyst, you will assess and analyze CGRS’ business processes and IT needs; You will translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements. and you will document systems, data flows, processes, use cases, user stories, wireframes and workflows,
- As a Functional IT Analyst and Senior IT Business Analyst, you will act as a link between the business and the development team, communicating functional requirements to the development team in a clear and unambiguous manner,
- As a functional and senior business IT analyst, you have experience in automating processes via the Camunda process engine and you are able to translate/configure your standard BPMN processes in the Camunda process engine,
- As a future product owner, you will be able to prioritize features and tasks based on end-user value and goals, co-control the quality of deliverables, and help identify and resolve issues within the team,
- As a future product owner, you will have a very good knowledge of the agile way of working and a good knowledge of software development and technology, necessary to communicate adequately with the development team,
