Key Responsibilities

- Lead service improvement initiatives using data-driven insights and industry best practices (e.g., ITIL).
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for system or process changes.
- Assist in change management, risk analysis, and impact assessments.
