Job Description

We are looking for a Service Improvement & Business Analyst to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure business needs are accurately captured, analyzed, and translated into effective service solutions.

  • The role bridges the gap between IT services and business objectives, contributing to enhanced service performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze existing business processes and IT services to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead service improvement initiatives using data-driven insights and industry best practices (e.g., ITIL).
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for system or process changes.
  • Assist in change management, risk analysis, and impact assessments.
