ServiceNow Consultant
Job Description
- We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Consultants to design, develop, and implement business processes on the ServiceNow platform for clients across diverse industries. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects and help drive value through effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze requirements
- Design and improve ServiceNow processes
- Act as a subject matter expert for customers and team members
- Communicate requirements between customers and developers
- Conduct workshops, demos, and presentations
- Maintain process documentation
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
- 4+ years of consulting experience
- At least 2 valid ServiceNow certifications
- Experience with product customizations, integrations, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with ITIL and Agile methodologies
