Job Description
We are seeking a ServiceNow Consultant to provide strategic guidance and technical expertise in the architecture, design, implementation, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, lead discovery workshops, and deliver innovative ServiceNow solutions aligned with best practices.
- This role involves hands-on technical work, advisory support, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive successful ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consulting and advisory services to clients, defining ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation strategies from concept to execution.
- Recommend optimization strategies to leverage new ServiceNow features and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
- Conduct business requirement gathering through workshops, interviews, and prototyping to develop tailored ServiceNow solutions.
- Perform gap analysis to assess the current state, future state, business needs, best practices, and competitive positioning.
- Design and develop high-level and detailed business process flows, translating business needs into functional ServiceNow configurations.
- Lead discovery workshops and deliver product demonstrations to align ServiceNow capabilities with client challenges.
- Act as a technical expert in pre-sales activities, supporting RFPs/RFIs and client engagements.
- Guide clients on ServiceNow integration with enterprise systems, including LDAP, Active Directory, Single Sign-On, and web services.
- Ensure seamless integration of enterprise applications with ServiceNow, leveraging REST, SOAP, and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
- Oversee multiple update sets and their promotion across various ServiceNow instances.
- Support and enhance key ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB,
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, and HRSD.
- ServiceNow system design, configuration, and development.
