  • We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Consultant who will work with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, then design, implement, and configure ServiceNow solutions to meet those needs.
  • The consultant will assist in optimizing and enhancing the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its integration with other business systems.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ServiceNow features and best practices, as well as the ability to deliver high-quality solutions within an Agile environment.
    Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into ServiceNow requirements.
  • Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, assisting in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ServiceNow functionality.
  • Recommend improvements and best practices to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
