The main responsibility of the O365 Solution Architect is the implementation of a governance and functional architecture (focus on operation for end users) for the applications concerned (Sharepoint, PowerBI, Power Apps, …) and the creation of a center of excellence for Microsoft technologies.
This is in support of various projects such as Vivashare, CSRD-Taxonomy and others that already use Sharepoint but in a suboptimal way.
In addition, it will be necessary to monitor the needs related to the ISO27001 and NIS2 standards.
Expected deliverables
Implementation of an architectural solution for O365 components according to the needs of end users in compliance with the needs related to ISO 27001 and NIS2 standards
Establishment of governance (based on Microsoft best practices) for the various O365 components used such as Sharepoint and PowerBI
Creation and management of a Microsoft technology center of excellence by supporting Vivaqua to streamline and improve the use of 0365 tools
Support for the development and implementation of Sharepoint, PowerBI, Power Apps and Power automate
Migration from legacy Sharepoint to the new Vivaqua Sharepoint architecture
Implementation of document and data retention management, including access control and compliance with legal and Vivaqua rules
Management of initiatives identified at the O365 level
